We made mozzarella. (Seriously.)

After our cold walk around the neighborhood.

Little pink Ewok

Fleece pajamas, pink bunting, parka, hat, blanket underneath, two blankets on top--she seemed warm except for her face.

Just carrying around her phone

Leopard print girl carrying her bouncy ball

What it usually looks like when I'm trying to make dinner--it's a minefield!

Smiling when the theme song for "Signing Time" comes on.

Always in motion

Her favorite place to sit: behind the blue chairs, by the lamp.

Our ingredients for making mozzarella: whole milk, rennet, citric acid. That's it!

A little apprehensive--can we do it?

Stirring the curds

Interestingly, it smelled a lot like buttered popcorn...?

Draining the whey from the curds

You have to knead the mozzarella when it's really hot, so gloves help.

It stretches!

Beautiful

A gallon of milk made this ball of mozzarella--look at all that leftover whey!

Our porch railing. We got freezing rain which left a layer of ice on top of the snow.

My summer squash start!

Reading with Dad

stuck mom! help please!

Tomato sprouts

Our kitchen area--we got Grandma's painting in the mail on Friday! Kit mentioned a few years ago how much he liked this train painting and Grandma saved it for us! We still really love it and think it looks really nice in our kitchen.

Cold and Sick

Veggie pizzas

I had to include this because Kit was amazed that both of our eyes are closed. Like mother like daughter.

Asparagus pizza

The fun box-toy that we play with.

Just a typical night at our house

Addy has grown a bit since the last time I put her in this.

Just walking around the apartment with Dad.

Adelaide's favorite thing about our new apartment is the step going to the front door - just the perfect height to sit relax.

Pre-church power nap.

Happy 4th anniversary Kit and Lynne.

Another delicious feast underway.

Milwaukee and Valentines

Happy heart pancake for breakfast!

One of our small blue chairs we bought from target

Carrying her doggy around

We need to teach her about being gentle with the fake doggie so she is gentle with real doggies too!

Our SIXTH Valentine's together...we both could hardly even count back that far.

Valentine's feast

CHEESE in Milwaukee

Artisan olive oils and balsamic vinegar....they had some amazing flavors!

This is how you change a diaper in the driver's seat.
