Gramma comes to town and Kit's busiest week!

Not in order, sorry. (Baby steps, remember?)
Also, I neglected to get a single picture of Gramma Burton on her trip out here! That's a big fail right there--also means we need another trip so we can document!

Washington Irving's Sunnyside, you can see the Hudson on the left. Charming home.

The fruits of my Friday night date with myself. And my ice cream.

Is it just me, or are there green eyes hiding in there?

What do you think Addy Jane?

Dad is the mostest fun to play with, especially when he plays the "hobbeldy-ho" game

Goldfish cake for b-day! Unfortunately, Kit promptly left for Mexico and left Linda and I alone with this cake--poor fish didn't stand a chance...

Lounging at Lake Isle Country club

ahem, pool boy? More cucumber sandwiches please!

Ooh, and some of those fries that just walked by.

what, no fries yet?

More pool time, mom? Pretty please? A girl who wears her swimsuit this well shouldn't be kept inside all summer!

In front of the Old Dutch Church, made famous by "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow"--also one of the oldest churches in the country, pre-dates the revolution.

Birthday date

Beautiful evening for some bball. Yankees were in fine form, handily beating the Toronto Blue Jays

Kit, the scouts and the "8-man tent"

Sand dunes

Nice to know they are teaching life skills on these campouts.

The east coast has many beautiful lighthouses

Something from WWII? Aliens? My vote is it is somehow connected to the island on "Lost"

Picturesque scene with Brother Dibble

In to the foam as skinny white scouts, out of the water as roasted redskins (can we say that anymore?)

Just practicing her backbend.

Notice the white fingerprints on Kit's abdomen: Sunscreen works, people.

Still skinny swollen feet. Shoes are hard today.
